A. Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We don't have the service of free shipping at the moment. 

Shipping

We make you're products especially for you. That's the reason it takes us longer to prepare you're package. Normally it takes around 3-6 days until you're package will be shipped. Please note that there will be no shipping on weekends. 

Duration

With our delivery service it takes around 4-10 working days to deliver your package. Take in mind that it can take longer if you're placed an order with many products. 

B. Shipping Rates

Group one - Austria, Germany 

first item = 4.35 Fr. / 6.50 Fr.

following items = 1.35 Fr. / 2.20 Fr. 

Group two - Switzerland

first item = 9.10 Fr. / 10 Fr. 

following items = 1.05 Fr. / 2.05 Fr. 

The shipping rates will be calculated differently for some items, because they are in a different shipping category. That's why there are different shipping rates written. 

Some items are shipped separately due to different packaging. (all sort of headgear) For an order with items of different shipping categories there will be calculated always the full price of each first item. 

C. Customs Fees

Please note that customs fees must be paid by the customer. 

D. Tracking

After you've placed an order, you will get a link with our tracking-site. You can ckeck the whereabouts of your package at any time. 

Once we have shipped your order and you have problems with the shipment or delivery, please contact us. We will help you to find a solution. 

E. Return/Exchange

Our main goal is it to see you happy whith the Buzz & Better gear. If you should have any problems concerning your order, we will find a solution together. 

Please note that all our gear is especially produced on your request. This means that each piece is uniquely made for you. If you are unsure concerning your size, we are more than happy to assist you to be able to find the perfect fit for you. This way we can limit returns and make you happy. 

In the event of a return/exchange, please send us a quick email to info@buzzandbetter.com before you return the item. Unfortunately, we can not take back unannounced returns. 

Returns can only be made to the following address:
Buzz & Better, Plienciema 5, LV-2167 Marupe, Marupes novads, Lativia.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels, which means you will have to take care of the shipping costs (see return policy) yourself. We can not take back unfree returns. 

Once we recieved your package with the unworn and unwashed items back, we are more than happy to exchange your item(s). and send them right back to you. 

Or refund the price of the item(s) through the same payment method initially used. Shipping costs are not refunded.
